Junior Athletes: 8:30 am check-in with draws starting at 9:45 am

Senior Athletes: 11:30 am check-in with draws starting at 1:00 pm

Training Methods for Coaches and Competitors

9:30 am - 4: pm

Minimum age: 12

The focus will be on the following:

• Warm-ups with Plyometric drills
• Kumite Rules (Depending on the audience)
• Basic Drills (Technique)
• Defense
• Attacks
• Corners
• Ring Strategy
• Activation drills for tournament day (Depending on the audience)
• Tournament day discussion with Kate. (What to eat, when to warm up…etc)
• Matches

We promise a fun, full day and lots of sweat!
